Common Questions

No equipment is needed. All movements in our sessions rely only on body weight and can be done in any comfortable space — a living room, bedroom, or office. A chair is occasionally mentioned as an optional support.

There is no prescribed frequency. You can do a short session once a day, or pick it up when you have a spare few minutes. The goal is consistency that feels natural — not a schedule that creates pressure.

Our sessions are designed to be gentle and low-intensity. However, they are informational content only. Before starting any movement routine, especially if you have existing physical conditions, please consult with your physician.
